About this position
What you´ll do
- Executes the operational plan of an engineering task based on engineering designs and work specifications
- Works closely with external contractors and ensures the quality of delivered services and products
- Sets up or adjusts complex equipment according to manufacturing specifications Identifies and implements opportunities of process optimization
- Participates in the preparation of the machine-plant for work and the operation of the machine-plant on the orders of the superior
- Eliminates downtime on the machine-plant and adjusts the machine for work
- Maintains the machine/equipment according to the rules of preventive maintenance, checks whether autonomous maintenance has been carried out regularly.
- Regularly checks the correctness of the machines within its scope of work
- Determines the cause of the downtime and takes measures to eliminate the real cause of the downtime
- Performs repairs to machinery and equipment
- Keeps records of all recorded interventions and monitors the status of activities recorded in the intervention book In the event of a failure that is transferred to the next shift, reports to the shift manager and engineer
- Proposes the purchase of necessary spare parts
- Controls the use of spare parts and maintains their level at an optimal level
- Implements and adheres to occupational health and safety, environmental protection and waste management measures
- Monitors the operation and efficiency of the plant (including the SIM process).

Skills and Requirements
- Min high school diploma in technical, chemical field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
